Mind Over Image Consulting drives your team to their ultimate potential, but setting the team building and training in challenging surroundings. We take them from horse safari's in Rajasthan to trekking and rafting in the Himalayas and Bhutan, or Deep Sea diving in Lakshadweep.

These training courses help team members build their skills and meet the changing needs and interests in the work and economic environment. The team members are forced to face challenges and overcome fears. This encourages group togetherness, increases skill set as well as group dynamics.

  Rational Effectiveness Training (RET) for Occupational Stress Management (OSM)

RET was founded in 1955 by an American clinical psychologist, Albert Ellis. Ellis maintained that emotional and behavioural disturbance was primarily caused by rigid and absolutistic beliefs in the form of musts, should, have to's, got to's - demands we make on ourselves, others, the world.

Ellis and Becker (1982) assert that the "two most common [work] problems are anxiety about your job performance (along with a fear of losing your job) and anger towards your boss, supervisor, employees, or other co-workers".

The HMSO report 'Mental Health at Work' attributed 60% of illness to mental or emotional problems. These are caused by stress, emotional and personal problems.

How RET Can Help

You will be trained to insure increased productivity and for the employees the likelihood of greater job satisfaction and performance.

In this workshop you will be given extensive training on helping individuals to manage internal demands and external pressures thereby reducing stress related disorders and preventing burnout.
