It can make you feel as though you’re at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion wherein you are unable to control your reactions.
The goal of anger management is to reduce the emotional and physiological symptoms caused by anger. You may not be able to avoid people or situations that anger you, but you can control your reactions towards them or specific situations.
